Total positive tests: 486,434

Minnesota's face covering mandate remains in effect. This means face coverings are required in all public indoor spaces and indoor businesses, unless you are alone. 

Minnesota's Stay Safe order remains in effect. Under the order, we are asked to continue to: wash your hands often; get tested when sick; maintain social distance; wear a mask; and, stay home when able. For more information and answers to frequently asked questions, visit Stay Safe MN.

  • Minnesota Department of Health COVID-19 Hotline (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.) 651-201-3920 or 1-800-657-3903.
  • Mayo Clinic Health System patients in New Prague and the surrounding communities can call 952-758-4461 to reach a dedicated COVID-19 Nurse Line.
  • The CDC is recommending the use of cloth masks to limit the spread of COVID-19. Information on how to wear, make, use, and clean cloth masks is available here

  • Until further notice the public will not be able to access City buildings, but City business will continue. 
  • We will be reviewing all scheduled public meetings to determine whether they are necessary, whether they can be delayed, and whether they can be conducted electronically. Please view the City’s calendar for the latest updates on meetings and events.
