Water and Sewer Utility Payments

Payments can be made in the following ways:

• Automatic payment plan(pdf)
• Mail payments to the City of Belle Plaine Government Center
• Bring payment to the Government Center
• Place payment in the Government Center drop box, located by the front entrance to the building
• Bring payment to the State Bank of Belle Plaine
