easy ways to make City bill payments
Water and Sewer Utility Payments
 The City of Belle Plaine is providing a new way for residents to pay their utility bills, pay outstanding invoices and purchase items from the City Store. Residents may now pay online with Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards.
We have contracted with RevTrak, a national credit card payment processor, to provide a secure site for making payments. Residents can now make payments online while on their home or work computer, any time of the day.
To Make Online Payments:
Click on Online Payments link
- Select item you wish to make a payment for
- You will need a Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card
- For utility bill payments, you will need your account number (13 digits, no dashes)
