Making It Happen!
The work of the Belle Plaine Chamber of Commerce is focused in four areas:

Economic Development
It is the goal of the Chamber of Commerce to assist businesses in locating to Belle Plaine and to help those businesses that are already established in Belle Plaine through the City of Belle Plaine's Revolving Loan Fund, Rent Assist Program and Facade Improvement Grant. 

Member Services/Programs
Networking, marketing, educational programs, business referrals, relationship building, mentoring are just the beginning of many services and programs we offer.

Public Policy
Staying active in local, county and state policy helps keep the issues important to Belle Plaine businesses& residents in front of local representatives.  Our Chamber is a member of the MInnesota Chamber of Commerce, the Midwest Chamber of Commerce Executives and the Great Scott Program.

Tourism/Destination Identity
Working to establish Belle Plaine as a visitor destination with our ethnic & family celebrations, promotion of our historical sites through the Belle Plaine Historical Society, and access to the beautiful Minnesota River Valley through our annual River Fishing Contest that draws hundreds of anglers to Belle Plaine.
